Agreeing to these terms

By using the FinSafe website, you agree to these terms. FinSafe is operated by Whale Task Co., Ltd. The website and its templates, PDF tools, calculators, and guides are provided free of charge. The FinSafe mobile app may present additional terms within the app; those apply alongside these.

What FinSafe provides

FinSafe provides general assistance for creating and managing everyday financial documents. Our templates are starting points written in plain language — you are responsible for checking that a document fits your situation before you rely on it.

FinSafe is not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice. No lawyer-client relationship is created by using this website.

No warranty of enforceability

We do not warrant that any document created with FinSafe will be valid, binding, or enforceable in your country or in any particular dispute. Laws differ between countries and change over time, and the outcome of any dispute depends on facts we cannot know. We provide the tools honestly and as-is; whether a document holds up is something no template service can promise.

Acceptable use

Use FinSafe only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not use FinSafe to:

• Create documents for illegal lending, fraud, or deception
• Charge interest or impose terms that are unlawful where the agreement is made
• Harass, threaten, or apply unlawful pressure to a borrower or any other person
• Copy and republish our content at scale, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the service

Limitation of liability

In plain language: FinSafe is free, and we cannot accept responsibility for money lost in a deal that goes wrong, a document that does not hold up, or a dispute between you and another party. To the fullest extent the law allows, Whale Task Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, and our total liability for anything else is limited to the amount you paid us for the website — which today is nothing.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law where you live does not allow to be limited.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, where FinSafe is operated, except where the law of your own country gives you protections that cannot be set aside.
