Thai is FinSafe's most complete language after English. The launch set of loan and repayment documents is available in Thai today — the personal loan agreement, family loan agreement, loan agreement between friends, debt acknowledgment, installment payment agreement, payment extension agreement, guarantor agreement, payment reminder letter, final payment demand, and payment receipt — along with Thai versions of the launch guides, calculators, and PDF tools. Everything is written in natural, everyday Thai rather than stiff translated legalese, so both sides can actually read what they are signing.
Choosing Thai changes the language of the document, not the law behind it. A Thai-language agreement signed in Singapore or Australia is not automatically governed by Thai law, and an English-language agreement signed in Thailand does not automatically fall under foreign law — jurisdiction is a separate setting, and Thailand is FinSafe's first jurisdiction-adapted legal context. One habit worth copying: when one party is foreign, people in Thailand often prepare a bilingual Thai–English agreement, and it helps to state clearly which language version controls if the two texts ever disagree.
